Easy infusers for loose leaf
Best tea infusers are big, allowing a lot of contact surface between tea leaves and water. Quality teas are often made of whole leaves, and they benefit of more spacious infusers than is necessary for brewing smaller, chopped tea leaves, such as English Breakfast or Rooibos blends. In particular the rolled teas (e.g. Jasmine pearls or some Oolongs like our Milky Oolong) require space, expanding multiple times in size as the leaves unfurl.
Our big stainless steel infuser works for most tea pots and cups, and allows the tea leaves a lot of space to expand, and as such a better infusion.
Paper infusers are about convenience, and they are great for preparing a cup of tea in the office or otherwise on the go. Also, if you prefer tea bags since they mean less washing, these disposable paper infusers allow you turn your loose leaf tea into tea bags yourself - and you can still shop from the wider selection of loose leaf blends.
