All UK deliveries are carried out by Royal Mail. In the UK, we customarily ship in second class, but in some instances you can choose a first class delivery instead (subject to a higher charge - see chart below). Please note that glass items currently ship only in the UK.
Standard delivery times in the UK: 1-3 business days in first class, 2-4 business days in second class. EU deliveries ship as international priority (first class) and they may take up to 5-7 business days.
We accept order cancellations and product returns, and give you a full refund for your purchase as long as you return the products to us in good condition, unused and product packaging undamaged. Additionally, you'll need to notify us at email@example.com latest within 15 days of receipt that you wish to return the products. To cancel and return subscription products, you need to notify us within 15 days of the receipt of your first shipment. Note that open ended subscriptions can also be terminated before their next scheduled shipment date - see more on subscriptions here. We do not refund the costs of any returns, unless products were faulty or damaged upon receipt to you. See our full terms here.
