How do subscriptions work?
Tea subscriptions mean that you'll be receiving your chosen Piacha tea blends straight to your letter box regularly, every 1-4 weeks - you decide the frequency when you subscribe, and can adjust it afterwards at any point. Your first order will be processed right away, and consequent orders are processed and charged from your card automatically in line with your chosen delivery intervals. With a subscription you also get a 10% discount from the standard price!
How much does the delivery cost?
In the UK, nothing extra. For delivery addresses in the EU, we charge an additional 0.50p per tea. For delivery addresses elsewhere in Europe, US, Canada and Australia, we add 0.80p per tea.
How do I subscribe?
Choose your tea in our web shop at www.piacha.co.uk/tea and then select susbscribe & save and choose your preferred order interval. Then complete the purchase normally. Creating an account is optional, but please note that the account is needed for managing your deliveries, including unsubscribing. You can create the account later when it becomes necessary (see the answer to the next question).
How do I unsubscribe, or skip deliveries?
Log into your user account and go to Manage Subscriptions. If you don't have a user account you'll need to create one first, using the same email address that you used to subscribe. From your account, you can see all your upcoming orders and can skip and unskip deliveries, change product quantities, swap products, change delivery addresses and delete subscriptions.
Can I unsubscribe or make changes at any time?
In your Manage Subscriptions portal, click on the order number to see the upcoming order dates - that is when we charge your card. You can unsubscribe or make changes to your order before these dates.
When do you deliver?
From your order date, it takes approximately 2-5 business days for us to process and deliver your tea mail in the UK. Outside the EU, count an estimated 3-7 business days. If you have subscribed to a regular tea order, you can expect your deliveries to take place usually at around the same time of the week.
Can I add more teas to my subscription?
Yes. Simply go to our shop at www.piacha.co.uk/tea, make sure you are logged in, choose your tea and click 'Add to Subscription' on checkout. Happy tea times!
Can I change the types of tea in my subscription?
Yes – in your account you can easily swap one tea against another. You can also swap tea bags against loose leaf tea, and vice versa.
Can I change the delivery address?
Likewise, you can do this easily in your account. Note that deliveries outside the UK cost an extra 0.50p per tea within the EU and 0.80p per tea outside the EU, and these charges will be added to the list price when your card is charged. Prices listed in our Manage Subscriptions portal are the tea prices and they don’t include postage fees outside the UK.
Well yes! You can have multiple subscriptions with different delivery addresses – for instance, you could create a separate tea subscription for your mother! Or get tea delivered to yourself in the office or holiday home. You choose the letter box – we ship the tea!
